This issue contains eleven poems by Maggie Butt, published as Parallel Texts, in both English and Romanian. The poems we are publishing now have been translated from English into Romanian by the poet Ioana Ieronim.
             Maggie Butt was one of the six British poets who took part in the Bucharest Workshops for Literary Translation, organized in April 2016 by the University of Bucharest, with the support of the Romanian Cultural Institute, The National Museum of Romanian Literature, the publishing house Integral, and the British Council. During these workshops, six British poets have worked on translations of poetry from Romanian into English. These poems had previously been translated by MTTLC students, and will be published as parallel texts in an anthology of contemporary Romanian poetry. The anthology will soon be published by Contemporary Literature Press, together with Editura Integral. During the workshops, Editura Integral published several poems by each of the six British poets in a volume entitled Six British Poets.

             Acest număr conține unsprezece poeme de Maggie Butt publicate sub formă de texte paralele, în limbile engleză și în română. Poemele din acest număr au fost traduse din limba engleză în limba română de poeta Ioana Ieronim.
             Maggie Butt a participat la Atelierele de Traducere Literară București—organizate în aprilie 2016 de Universitatea București în parteneriat cu Institutul Cultural Român, Muzeul Național al Literaturii Române, Editura Integral și Consiliul Britanic. În cadrul acestor ateliere, șase poeți englezi au stilizat poeme traduse din limba română în limba engleză de către studenții MTTLC—poeme care vor fi incluse într–o antologie a poeziei românești contemporane. Antologia va fi publicată în curând de Contemporary Literature Press,  în parteneriat cu Editura Integral. Editura Integral a publicat chiar în timpul Atelierelor volumul Six British Poets, care conținea poeme ale scriitorilor englezi participanți.
